Have been doing some heavy M&P's research recently and just came across this description of the first episode of Denny's Sho*

Jun 1, 1978 - Debut. The series gets off to a roaring opener as it's the first public reunion of the Mamas and the Papas (minus, of course, the late Mama Cass Elliott). Present, with Denny, are John and Michelle Phillips. Highlights: "Monday, Monday," "California Dreamin'," "Creeque Alley," "Dancing Bear," "One Morning in May" (Denny, Michelle, John); "Victim of Romance" (Michelle); "Zulu" (John); "You Can't Tell a Book by Its Cover" (Denny).


Please someone tell me that this video still exists!

there is a clip of that show on the "Straight Shooter" dvd/video and everytime I see it I want so bad to see the whole show. Also feel the same way abt the short clip of 'The New Journeymen" which graces the same video. Though I hope and dream I have no idea how to be able to see them in full. Kind of sad, in a sense.
