Just found this under MAMAS & PAPAS on Ebay, nice photos, haven't seen these before.

Question: Who's the Guy in these photos, is it the Baron?

It looks the Baron, but I can't be sure. Sorry I wasn't more help.

If you mean Baron Von Weidenman, I think his hair was not dark. Once I read that te pictures where Cass wears an indian dress were taken in 1967. If that's true, he can't be the Baron because they first met in 1969. Maybe he is Billy Doyle!

I can't enlarge the picture enough to get a clear view, but the possibility exists that it's the infamous Pic Dawson.

I was going to say the same thing, is this the infamous Pic Dawson, the only photo I've ever seen of him is in Eddi's Bio but he has sunglasses on, or could it be that "George Caldwell", y'know the one that took off after her death with some of her personal effects, Eddi said in her bio that she spent years trying to track him down with no luck.

Hi. The "mystery man" is neither Pic nor George Caldwell (we have pictures of both of them in the images section of the site here, and Pic's sunglasses are off in the photos here). It's not Billy Doyle either, he had red hair. These photos have been around for a while. The person who's selling them just cobbled together a group off ebay and has been selling this group ever since so the origin is unknown. The picture was taken in London. There's been some speculation it's Tim Buckley. I'm not sure but I don't think so. At this point I think it's an unknown Brit.

It might be Donovan. I think that's been investigated before, but I'll look into it. I failed to say in my last post that it is not Donald von W. We have his photo on the site as well.
