Hey Guys,

Alright, after I've calmed myself down a bit .....

Just been reading that KATHY NAJIMY has played Cass in a bi-pic that is being released THIS YEAR! I've emailed her management and searched her fan forums for answers but have only found Questions, RICHARD & OWEN what do you know about this?? Anything you could share would be greatly appreciated.

Kathy has long wanted to pursue a bio-pic on Cass but to my knowledge there are no such plans/release this year.

I know im kind of late in these replys but ......
If thier going to make a Cass bio pic they had better do it in the next couple years because right now i can not think of ANYONE who could do a better job of portraying Cass Elliot then Melissa Mccarthy! i think she would put alot of her love and humor into the role.

Hmmm..Melissa McCarthy..hadn't even thought of her in the role, but now that you mentioned her...hmmm...that could be a possibilty...also Kathy Nijimy, and the actress that played Tracy in the more recent movie of HairSpray.... some of the contenders, if there is ever a movie to be done....

Yes! Nicki Blonsky would also be a good contender!! i just hope there will someday very soon be a movie about her! i feel she did alot to pave the way for gifted women in the music world.
