A woman came into this world
With a destiny in place
It was to come into being
At God's grace

She faced challenges
But never gave up
Just perservered onwards
Whether it be right or wrong
But boy how she nailed it
When she sang a song

What makes Cass unique ?
All sorts of things come to mind
Too numerous to list here
Definitely one of a kind

True she left us
At her prime
Tragically too soon
We miss her rythmn and rhyme

The emotion you felt
With any song of choice
Whether on her own or with M & P's
God Bless her for that gift of that singing voice

Her smiles and laughter
That precious wit
Never at a loss for words
Never one to quit

How do you define Cass ?
Infinite answers to this
But she has Love
From fans and family
From far and near
Friends and kindred souls
Around and above
Cass Is...
