Each of the gang would of done well in COUNTRY genre....

Postby CassFanForLife » Fri May 07, 2010 7:35 am

After listening to the CDs I have at home, and hearing Cass sing : " DON'T LET THE GOOD LIFE PASS YOU BY', Denny singing: ' SOUTHERN COMFORT' & ' WHATCHA GONNA DO" , John's : 'MISSIPPI" , Michelle's : " ACHIN KIND", I could definitely see that they all could of easily fortayed into the COUNTRY format, no problem.
Both Cass and Johny Cash sang well together. Michelle's voice reminded me of Roseanne Cash-Linda Ronstandt-EmmyLou-ishness to it. Denny's voice has that country-ishness to it to begin with. I like country music, in particular the classic -ORIGINAL country-- Patsy Cline, Hank, Johnny...etc. Cass would have done some awesome duets with Patsy and Hank, etc.

Hi Cassfan,
Yes, it would be intersting to see what eveyone would have done as country artisits. On Michelle's Victim... with Rareites I aleays thought "Aces with You" and "Guerita" had a country feel to it.
Take care,
Nicole
