They tried to sell this last year, to no success. I emailed the seller, and asked where this document came from, but got no response.
This was obviously leaked out of the law firm that represented the Mamas and the Papas. Shame on them.

the description gets a lot of facts wrong...
the letter itself misspells Cass's last name, and you can see how (she?) corrected it by crossing out the extra t.
