Brewster McCloud CD questions

I've had the original album for about twenty years -- actually a white label promo version. I only recently discovered that it was released on CD. With that new knowledge, I immediately went on Amazon.com to purchase it. Then I mistakenly ordered the album -- for a crazy price of $35. That package was sent back return to sender. Then I re-ordered it on CD for about $25. I just received the CD, but I'm rather disappointed.

I was expecting a booklet with many liner notes, much like the Monte Walsh CD (featuring Cass). Instead I've got a bare bones promo version! It has the artwork on the front and back, but the inside panel (opposite side of cover) is just a list of the songs and who sang them --with no writing credits. Is there a information booklet that accompanies the regular release of the CD?

What a strange circumstance...such a rare album. And I have the promo vinyl album...and now the unwanted/unintended :( promo CD!

Sounds like we could really use a re-release of this on cd. It's very hard to find, always overpriced and deserves to get a wider audience. Bonus tracks, if there are any, plus the usual great job we get from the Papa John Presents series. I just saw this movie again for the first time in years and remembered what a fun, crazy thing it is.
