I just received this from Chris Campion in response to my question based on our recent discussion about this--

<<<It's still in the works is all I can say, I'm afraid. Have got a lot of the interviews and research done but also still quite a bit to do. The publisher is St. Martin's Press but there's no release date yet. I'll be sure to let you know when we do but it won't be coming out this year. >>>

Good to know it's progressing along; I'd rather have it take longer and be more informative.

Now we have a lot more time for the next cd release! Which I which was today.

I wish it was today, too. Yet, I agree with you; it taking longer will make it more informative.
