John's childhood at military school

In his autobiography, John Phillips mentions the four years (Fall 1942 through Spring 1946) he spent at Linton Hall Military School, in Bristow, Virginia, and how he "hated it" because of "inspections and beatings" and because the "nuns used to watch us take showers."
